- Rural youth aged 15-35 from poor households (BPL, or with 15+ days of MGNREGA work, RSBY/Antyodaya card holders, or NRLM SHG member families); upper age limit extends to 45 for specially vulnerable groups (persons with disabilities, transgender persons, and other listed categories).
- Benefits
- Free skill training (over 250 trades across 50+ sectors), free boarding and lodging during training, job placement assistance, and post-placement support at zero cost to the trainee.
- Required documents
- Aadhaar card, BPL/income proof or relevant category card, bank account details.
