How This Works
The header row is scanned for latitude/longitude columns (named “lat”, “latitude”, “lon”, “lng”, “long”, or “longitude” — case-insensitive). Every other column becomes a property on the resulting GeoJSON Point feature for that row, ready to paste into any tool or app that accepts GeoJSON.
FAQ
What if a row has an invalid coordinate?
That row is skipped, and the result tells you how many rows were skipped, rather than failing the whole conversion.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser — nothing you paste here is sent to our server.
