Enter 3 to 10 place names below (one per line) to compare the great-circle distance between every pair at once, as a table and a map.
We do not log or store the places you search for.
This tool sends your input directly from your browser to Open-Meteo, a free geocoding API.
Looking up places…
How This Works
Each place name is looked up for its coordinates, then the straight-line (great-circle) distance between every pair of places is calculated and shown as a table — the same calculation as our two-place Distance Calculator, extended to compare several places side by side in one view.
FAQ
Is this driving distance or straight-line distance?
Straight-line (great-circle) distance — the shortest path over the Earth’s surface, not a road route, which is typically longer.
How many places can I compare?
Between 3 and 10 places per comparison.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
Place names are sent to Open-Meteo’s free geocoding API to find their coordinates; the distance calculations themselves happen locally in your browser.
