Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Welcome to VedantKit. We value your personal privacy and data security above everything else. Therefore, this VedantKit privacy policy explains how our platform operates, how we handle user information, and how our client-side web utilities protect your privacy.

1. How Our Tools Handle Your Data

Every online utility and reference calculator on VedantKit runs entirely inside your web browser. When you paste text, code, or files into any tool, client-side JavaScript processes them locally on your device. Consequently, our scripts never upload your personal files to our servers, nor do we send your sensitive inputs to any external API.

Additionally, you can easily verify this client-side execution yourself. Simply open your browser’s developer tools (Network tab), and you will confirm that no tool on this site transmits network requests containing your processed data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We maintain a strict data minimization policy across our platform. For instance, VedantKit does not offer user accounts, registration forms, or login systems on any public pages. Furthermore, we do not store contact submissions in a database, nor do we use local session cookies to track your activity across visits.

3. Web Server Access Logs

Like virtually every website on the internet, our hosting server automatically records standard access logs for security monitoring and server performance. Specifically, these logs record basic technical details such as:

  • Your IP address and general geographic location
  • Web browser version and operating system
  • Requested page URLs and precise timestamps

However, this is standard web server behavior and remains completely separate from the data you process inside our tools.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

At present, VedantKit does not set tracking cookies or analytics tags on your device. Any advertisement placeholders visible during website updates are static test elements rather than live third-party advertising scripts.

5. Future Advertising Policies (Google AdSense)

To support server hosting costs and ongoing developer maintenance, we intend to display network advertisements through platforms like Google AdSense in the future.

When live ad networks launch on our platform:

  • Third-party ad networks, including Google, may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on previous website visits.
  • Visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will see an explicit Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner before any advertising cookies store data.

6. Third-Party Web Links

Pages across our platform may link to external websites or educational reference standards (such as Google Search Central
or the W3C Web Standards). We are not responsible for the content, security practices, or privacy policies of third-party external resources.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update this document whenever our data handling practices change—such as introducing live advertising networks, website analytics, or new platform features. Any changes will be reflected immediately by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
