The scheme covers medical expenses ranging from routine surgeries to complex treatments like organ transplants, cancer therapies, and hemodialysis at network hospitals.

- Permanent residents of Rajasthan; families holding a National Food Security Act card, a Jan Aadhaar card, on the COVID-19 ex-gratia list, or contractual/marginal farmers are automatically enrolled free of cost, and other resident families can enrol by paying an annual premium.
- Benefits
- Cashless health cover of up to ₹25 lakh per family per year, covering over 1,576 medical treatments at government and empanelled private hospitals; free for automatically-eligible families, ₹850/year for others.

- Jan Aadhaar card, Aadhaar card, relevant ration card/income category proof.
How to Apply
- Application process
- Register at chiranjeevi.rajasthan.gov.in or the nearest e-Mitra kiosk using the Jan Aadhaar card; eligible families are enrolled automatically, others complete registration with the annual premium payment.
