- Urban households in the EWS, LIG, or MIG income categories who do not own a pucca house anywhere in India. Under the Interest Subsidy Scheme vertical, annual household income limits apply (EWS/LIG/MIG bands as published on the official portal).
- Benefits
- Interest subsidy on home loans, and central assistance of up to ₹2.5 lakh per housing unit under applicable verticals, along with Direct Benefit Transfer of the subsidy amount.
- Required documents
- Aadhaar card, income proof, address proof, an affidavit declaring no pucca house is owned by the applicant's family.
