- Eligibility
- Wards and widows of deceased/ex-servicemen and ex-Coast Guard personnel, admitted to the first year of a professional/technical course (medical, dental, veterinary, engineering, MBA, MCA, and other AICTE/UGC-approved equivalent courses).
- Benefits
- ₹2,500 per month for boys and ₹3,000 per month for girls, for the duration of the course, subject to renewal conditions; around 5,500 scholarships awarded annually.
- Required documents
- Ex-servicemen/Coast Guard discharge or service record, relationship proof, admission proof, Aadhaar-linked bank account.
