The Startup India Initiative is a flagship campaign launched by the Government of India to build a strong ecosystem for nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship across the country. Through the Startup India Initiative, recognized entities gain access to funding, tax benefits, simplified compliance, and intellectual property support.
Overview of Startup India Initiative
The Startup India Initiative, managed by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), aims to transform India into a country of job creators rather than job seekers. Under this scheme, eligible startups receive official DPIIT recognition, granting them access to various government incentives, seed funds, and incubator support.
