How This Works

Your place name is geocoded to a coordinate, then an `<iframe>` snippet is generated using OpenStreetMap’s own free “export” embed service — no API key, account, or subscription required, unlike many commercial map-embed providers. Paste the generated code directly into your site’s HTML wherever you want the map to appear.

Do I need an API key?

No. The generated embed code uses OpenStreetMap’s free, public export service directly — no account or key needed.

Can I change the zoom level later?

Generate a new code with a different “Zoom level” option, or edit the `bbox` values in the generated code directly.
